I wandered along to the Brighton Kite Festival to attend the maiden flight of a friend's kite. The Festival is an annual two-day event held in Stanmer Park, Falmer, near Brighton. As you will see, it attracts kites and kite flyers of all sorts and sizes, offers demonstrations by experts and provides opportunities to buy kites (and spare parts).
